小西ゼミ卒業生の方にゲストスピーカーとしてご講演頂きました！

いつも、小西ゼミホームページをご覧いただきありがとうございます。

小西ゼミでは、6月17日土曜日に、2021年度の小西ゼミ卒業生をゲストスピーカーとしてお迎えし、ご講演をしていただきました！

現在、アート＆テクノロジーの分野でご活躍されており、主に芸術祭などの取り組みに従事されている方です。

講演では、学生時代のご経験やアートに関する仕事を志すようになった経緯、現在の仕事内容や仕事をする上で大事にされていることなど、たくさんの貴重なお話を聞かせて頂きました。自分自身の興味を大切にして形にしていく行動力や経験を積める機会を逃さない力等が、関西学院大学という総合大学からアートの最先端の場所で働くキャリアを叶えることに繋がったのだと感じる時間になりました。現在は、主に芸術祭のコーディネーターとして、本当に活き活きと仕事に臨まれる姿勢に触れ、非常に刺激的な時間となりました。アートの分野に馴染みのない学生も多かったため、新たな学びを得る貴重な機会ともなりました。

大学生だからこそしておいた方がいいこと、というリアルなアドバイスも頂きました。

ご活躍されている先輩の背中を前に、残りの学生生活も有意義な時間にしようと身の引き締まる思いです！

Thank you for visiting the Konishi Seminar website.

At the Konishi seminar, on Saturday, June 17th, we welcomed the 2021 Konishi seminar graduates as a guest speaker and he gave us a lecture!

Currently active in the field of art and technology, mainly engaged in initiatives such as art festivals.

In the lecture, we heard a lot of valuable stories, such as his experiences as a university student, how he decided to work in art, the content of his current work, and what he values in his work. We thought that the way he pursues his interests and not to miss opportunities to gain new experiences led him to a career to work at the forefront of the art industry, even though he didn’t graduate from art university. His really lively attitude to work stimulated us. It was an exciting time for all of us. Many students were unfamiliar with the field of art, so it was also a valuable opportunity to learn something new.

He also gave some advice to us about what we should do during university.

Having seen our senior who are doing great things made us determined to make the rest of my student life meaningful!
